Access to and use of this site is provided by The Spanish Course subject to the following terms:

1. By using The Spanish Course or/and www.spanishlanguage.co.uk you agree to be legally bound by these terms, which shall take effect immediately on your first use of any of the Spanish Course's websites. If you do not agree to be legally bound by all the following terms, please do not access and/or use Spanish Course.

2. The Spanish Course may change these terms at any time by posting changes online. Please, review terms regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes made by The Spanish Course. Your continued use of The Spanish Course websites, after changes are posted, means that you agree to be legally bound by these terms as updated and/or amended.

By registering with The Spanish Course you enter into a contract of services with us on the following conditions, limiting our liability and relating to our use of your personal information.

3. Your Rights: The Spanish Course grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access, use and display the online courses you subscribe to, provided that you comply fully with this Agreement.

4. You will only have access to the course once we receive instructions from PayPal saying that you have paid the course. The content is available only through the purchase of a subscription or license ("Fee-Based Services").

a. You agree to pay, using a valid credit card which Paypal accepts, the monthly subscription charges set forth on the website, applicable taxes, and other charges incurred on your account in order to access the Fee-Based Services. The Spanish Course reserves the right to increase fees, surcharges, and site subscription fees, or to institute new fees at any time, upon reasonable email notice. The renewal charge will be the same as the prior month's charge, unless otherwise notified in advance. License fees are one-time charges only. In the event The Spanish Course cannot charge your account, we reserve the right to terminate your access to the Fee-Based Services.

b. You are responsible for all charges associated with connecting to the Site, including all telephone access lines (long-distance charges also, when applicable), telephone and computer equipment and any service fees necessary to access the Fee-Based Services.

c. For purposes of identification and billing, you agree to provide PayPal with accurate, complete, and updated information required on the online order form, including your legal name, address, telephone number(s), email address and applicable payment data (e.g., credit card number and expiration date). Failure to comply with this provision may, at The Spanish Course’s option, result in immediate suspension or termination of your right to use the Fee-Based Services.

d. If your credit card expires, is canceled, is lost or is subject to use without your authorization, or if your subscription is subject to use without your authorization, notify The Spanish Course promptly.

5. Your license or subscription begins at the time The Spanish Course issues your username and password. You will select your own password as part of the purchasing process, being solely responsible for maintaining its confidentiality.

6. Refunds Policy:

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to: refunds@spanishlanguage.co.uk

Refunds will only be made if there is a repeatable technical problem that is clearly the responsibility of The Spanish Course.

If you cancel your course subscription within 24 hours you will receive a full refund.

No refund after 24 hours. Refunds could be granted after 24 hours at the sole discretion of The Spanish Course.

Refunds will be made within 30 days of receipt of the request for refund.

PayPal expenses will be deducted.

7. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, download, post, broadcast, transmit, make available to the public, this course, or otherwise use The Spanish Course content in any way except for your own personal, non-commercial use. You also agree not to adapt, alter or create a derivative work from any Spanish Course content except for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use of The Spanish Course content requires the prior written permission of The Spanish Course director. All materials on the Site, including text, images, software, audio, video, etc. are owned by The Spanish Course and protected by the copyright.

8. You agree to use The Spanish Course for lawful purposes, and in a way that does not infringe the rights or restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of The Spanish Course. Prohibited behaviour includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person, transmitting obscene or offensive content or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within The Spanish Course forums, chat rooms or in any other possible way.

9. The password is non-transferable. The holder of a Spanish Course password cannot transfer it to any other person or institution. You are responsible of keeping your password in a safe place, so you do not lose it or pass it to others. In case of lost you will communicate it to us in order to cancel that password and send you a new one.

10. You agree to promptly notify The Spanish Course, in the event of any known or suspected unauthorized use of your subscription, or any known or suspected breach of security, including loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure of your password or credit card information. In the event of a breach of security, you will remain liable for any unauthorized use of your subscription until you notify The Spanish Course.

11.You agree not to use any trademarks, service marks, names, logos, or other identifiers of without the prior written permission of The Spanish Course.

12.The Spanish Course respects your privacy. For that reason we use PayPal to process all payments. In a way that we do not have access to your credit card details, just your personal data.

Any credit card details that you provide via one of our websites are sent via a secure connection, in an encrypted form, so that this data is only accessible to PayPal. If you want to get more information check PayPal website.

The Spanish Course, under no circumstances, will provide your name, contact information or any other data provided by you, to a third party, unless you authorize to do so in written form. We take your privacy and the protection of any personal details that you provide us extremely seriously.

We will only use the details you have provided to us in order to respond to your communications with us.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability.

13.You represent and warrant to The Spanish Course that you are at least eighteen (18) years old or that you possess the legal right and ability to enter into this Agreement and to use the content in accordance with this agreement. If you are less than eighteen years old, you will have to send us a legal authorization from your tutor.

14.Financial responsibility: You agree not to assign, transfer or sublicense your rights as a subscriber to the Fee-Based Services. You agree to be financially responsible for all usage or activity on your Fee-Based Services account.

15.Indemnification: You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless The Spanish Course and its Affiliates from and against any and all liability and costs incurred by The Spanish Course or the Affiliates in connection with any claim arising out of any breach or alleged breach of any of your obligations set forth herein. You shall cooperate as fully as reasonably required in the defense of any claim. The Spanish Course reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you and you shall not in any event settle any matter without the written consent of The Spanish Course.

16.Limitation of liability: use of the site is at your own risk. You assume full responsibility and risk of loss resulting from your downloading and/or use of files, information, communications, content, or other material (including without limitation software) accessed through or obtained by means of the site. Under no circumstances shall The Spanish Course, be liable for any indirect, punitive, special, or consequential damages that are directly or indirectly related to the use of, or the inability to use, the site or fee-based services, even if The Spanish Course, the affiliates, or their providers of telecommunications or network services has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The total liability of The Spanish Course and the affiliates hereunder is limited to the amount, if any, actually paid by you for access and use of the fee-based services. You hereby release The Spanish Course and the affiliates from any and all obligations, liabilities and claims in excess of this limitation.

17.Termination: In addition to any other rights of the parties set forth herein, either you or The Spanish Course may cancel or terminate this Agreement at any time. There will be no refunds for unused time under the term of your license or subscription, except for the reasons indicated in our Refund Policy. The Spanish Course also reserves the right to restrict, suspend or terminate your access to the Fee-Based Services in whole or in part, without notice, with respect to any breach or threatened breach of any portion of this Agreement. If The Spanish Course terminates this Agreement based on a breach of any portion of this Agreement, The Spanish Course reserves the right to refuse to provide a subscription or any Fee-Based Services to you in the future.
